Excessive fertilizer input has become an important issue affecting the sustainable development of modern agriculture. The application of soil testing and formula fertilization technology can effectively reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, which contributes to the protection of cultivated land quality and ecological environment. Based on the survey data of 12 farms in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area, this paper adopted logistic regression analysis to analyze large-scale farmers’ soil testing and formula fertilization behavior and its influencing factors. The results showed that age and gender had a significant negative impact on the adoption of this behavior; while the size of cultivated land and the intensity of fertilizer use perceived by farmers had a significant positive impact.
