At present, yoga training has become a brand-new training method for athletes, because yoga training can cultivate the body and mind and relieve the mental pressure of remote mobilization. Scientific and standardized yoga training monitoring and athletes' nutrition regulation is an important guarantee for yoga training. It is the material basis to ensure the training effect and improve the sports performance to test the athletes' physical effects and carry out reasonable nutrition regulation at the same time. Therefore, in order to ensure the training effect of athletes and improve sports performance, this paper, based on the research results at home and abroad, uses the methods of literature review, interview, experiment and mathematical statistics to study, and then takes the difference index of athletes' physical fitness as the guidance direction to design the yoga training plan and nutrition regulation. Based on this, the research model of body effect and nutrition regulation of yoga training was established. The effect of nutrition regulation on Athletes' yoga training and physical adaptability of athletes were mainly studied. The experimental results showed that the accuracy of experimental data was increased by 15% after using the research model in this paper. Compared with the previous research, the accuracy rate of data is higher and has certain practical value.
